Overview
Love working with kids and staying active? Become a Lil’ Kickers Coach and get paid to make a difference! You’ll lead fun, high-energy soccer classes for children ages 18 months to 9 years, sparking joy, teamwork, and confidence in every little player. No experience? No problem! We provide full training and ongoing support so you can succeed while having a blast.
Pay rate: $17.50/hr.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, structured 50-minute soccer classes for kids ages 18 months to 9 years.
- Bring high energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to every session, making learning feel like play.
- Follow engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans while adding your own imagination and flair.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive space where every child feels encouraged and supported.
- Build strong relationships with children and families, helping foster confidence and teamwork.
- Adapt activities on the fly to fit different skill levels and keep kids engaged.
- Set up and clean up class equipment, ensuring the play space is safe and organized.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and participate in training to continually grow your skills.
Requirements
- Passion for working with kids and the ability to bring energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to every class.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing the season once scheduled.
- Weekend morning availability strongly preferred (Saturday & Sunday); weekday morning/afternoon shifts also available.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with children, families, and fellow staff.
- Creativity, patience, and adaptability to keep activities fun and inclusive for all participants.
- No prior coaching or teaching experience required—paid training is provided

Work Environment
- Work takes place in one of our indoor soccer facilities, designed for active play and learning.
- Coaches are frequently on their feet, running, bending, and moving throughout 50-minute classes.
- Moderate physical activity is required, including lifting and setting up soccer equipment (up to 50 pounds).
- Classes are fast-paced, energetic, and often noisy, with direct interaction with children and families.
- Facilities are climate-controlled, safe, and well-maintained to provide a positive environment for both staff and participants.
