Job Overview
The Account Executive is a quota carrying role focused on expanding revenue within existing EHR clients through contract value growth across TPA solutions, Collabrios Intelligence, the HomeCare App, and future product offerings. This role is responsible for the strategic growth and ongoing oversight of assigned accounts, strengthening client relationships and positioning Collabrios’ platform as the trusted partner for growth, compliance, and operational excellence. Success in this role requires consultative selling, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence both operational leaders and external consultants supporting PACE programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Growth & Upselling
Expand the annual contract value of the Collabrios’ EHR clients in upselling Collabrios Intelligence, HomeCare App, and future product offerings, driving increased ARR. - Consultant Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client’s consultant to reinforce Collabrios as the preferred technology partner, supporting client retention and opportunities for growth of the account. - Strategic Account Planning
Lead account strategy and execution to drive expansion and eliminate retention risk. Lead QBRs and participate in MBRs in partnership with the Client Success Manager to stay aligned on account performance and growth opportunities. - Relationship Management
Build and maintain executive level relationships with clinical, operational, and financial leaders within client organizations. - Solution Expansion
Articulate the operational, compliance, and financial value of Collabrios’ integrated platform by delivering targeted product demonstrations that influence expansion decisions. - Contract Growth & Negotiation
Lead Upsell proposal development and contract expansion discussions aligned to client needs and Collabrios growth objectives. - Forecasting & Pipeline Management
Ensure all account activity and Upsell opportunities are accurately updated in Salesforce real-time, aligned to defined pipeline stages, and available for executive visibility and reporting. - Market Representation
Represent Collabrios at PACE conferences, client forums, and industry events to reinforce market leadership and drive new opportunities.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or enterprise software sales, with experience working with or within Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and a strong understanding of claims payment workflows.
- Experience upselling/expanding existing client accounts; background in EHR, TPA, and healthcare SaaS required.
- Strong understanding of PACE program operations, compliance, and funding models.
- Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders, including executive, clinical, financial, and operational leaders.
- Track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle, competitive environments.
- Skilled in strategic account management, relationship building, and solution expansion.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools, e.g. Salesloft.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and industry events.
- BS/BA degree preferred.
