We are seeking a Dining Host to provide warm, personalized, and efficient service to residents, guests, patrons, and visitors while consistently delivering exceptional hospitality and CORE Quality Experiences. This role supports dining, catering, and banquet operations by assisting with event setup, food and beverage service, buffet service, beverage and bar stations, and maintaining clean and organized service areas. The Dining Host will anticipate guest needs, respond to requests with professionalism, and ensure every detail of the guest experience is handled with care.

The Dining Host will also support household and property services, including packing, pressing, valet, door, bell, and porter services as needed. Responsibilities include preparing function rooms and tables, transporting and setting up service items, replenishing beverages, preparing standard drinks, assisting with bar setup and breakdown, maintaining beverage stations, accurately recording consumption, and following all alcohol-service, safety, and emergency procedures. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and committed to delivering a high standard of personalized service.

•  Minimum 1 year of food and beverage serving experience
• Minimum 1 year of high-volume banquet serving experience
• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, mixed drinks, and beverage service
• Strong guest-service and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and high personal-grooming standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs.
