This position is open for both full time and part time.


Requirements

• Cooks high quality food with carefully selected seasonal ingredients for our guests

• Bakes breads and fresh pastries.

• Preps meats, fresh vegetables and fruits, house made specialty beverages, as well as our grab n go french style salad and sandwiches

• Prepare made to order fresh egg dishes, gourmet salads and sandwiches, and charming toast items on the menu

• Orders supplies and keeps records and accounts.

• Washes dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and taste or smell. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 

• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  



Shifts and Hours of operation

• First shifts of the day may start as early as 5 am, and last shift may end at 7pm

• We’re open 7 days a week, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.  Weekend and holiday availabilities are required.
