$380,000 Per Year Practicing Half the Month in Fresno, CA 

Position: Urgent Care Staff Physician/Medical Directorship

Location: Fresno, CA

1099 Model: Full-time, Part-time, & PRN Available at $150/hr., plus malpractice with tail

Bonus: $100,000 Sign-On for Full-Time Only

Medical Directorship: $60,000/year

Job Overview: We are hiring a Staff Urgent Care Physician with the opportunity to advance to a Medical Directorship in Fresno, CA.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break daily.
• Full-time is a minimum of12 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month
• Part-time will be a minimum of 6 shifts per month and 2 on-call shifts per month
• Treat 4 patients per hour, from newborns to geriatrics (full-spectrum care), in a low-acuity setting.
• Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
• Equipment: In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-ray.
• All X-rays are over-read by a Board-Certified Radiologist
• Results available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
• Easy-to-use EMR: Experity with AI Dragon dictation 

Minimum Requirements | Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.)
• Completion of a formal Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Residency Training Program
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified 
• CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
• DEA Certificate
