Responsibilities

  • Set up CNC mills, lathes, and mill-turn machines (tooling, offsets, calibration, program loading).
     
  • Run production jobs, check quality, and adjust for accuracy.
     
  • Move quickly to the next setup, keeping machines productive.
     
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T specs.
     
  • Perform first article inspections and hold tight aerospace tolerances.
     
  • Troubleshoot programs, tooling, and equipment.
     
  • Work with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency.
Requirements

  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years CNC machining experience (2+ years CNC setup required).
     
  • Strong G-code and M-code programming skills (Mazatrol a plus).
     
  • Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
     
  • Aerospace/defense machining experience (AS9100, ITAR) preferred.
     
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
     
  • Relocation to Oneida, NY required before start date.

Schedule

  • Day shift, Monday–Friday.
     
  • Overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

Salary Description
$25-$32/hour
