Site Placements: Lakeside Business Center,  3208 and 3112 Hennepin Ave (Minimum of 2 Full Days On-site)

Compensation: Net Collections 

Employment Type: W2 Full-Time, Part-Time or 1099 Independent Contractor (Minimum of 10 billed sessions/week)

LynLake Centers for WellBeing is an integrative group mental health and wellness practice with over 240 interdisciplinary clinicians and staff. We have multiple office locations across the Twin Cities, MN, and we offer both in-person and hybrid services.

Job Summary 

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting. In this role, you will utilize your advanced practice skills to diagnose, treat, and consult with clients. You'll have the opportunity to work both independently and as an essential member of our psychiatric team, ensuring that individuals receive the highest quality of care and support. Responsibilities:

  • Provides psychiatric clinical services in accordance with all applicable standards of professional conduct, laws and regulations
  • Conducts comprehensive assessments, monitors patients’ progress and provides evidence-based and culturally responsive interventions 
  • Works productively and effectively as an independent provider in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
  • Promptly and thoroughly completes all medical documentation and other necessary duties to enable service provision and billing
  • Provides referrals and coordinates care to address clients’ needs
  • Participates, fully and timely, in quality improvement processes 
  • Seeks out and attends appropriate continuing education courses 
  • Participates, fully and timely, in credentialing processes, including CAQH and MCHP
  • Complies with prescription drug monitoring program regulations, including, but not limited to registration and use
  • Possesses and maintains all necessary accreditations, certifications, and credentials 
Requirements

Clinical Experience: 

  • Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)  

Education:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) program.

Certifications:

  • Possesses and maintains a valid and unrestricted license(s) to practice nursing pursuant to the laws in Minnesota
  • Possesses and maintains a valid and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License pursuant to the laws in Minnesota
  • Possesses and maintains a valid Drug Enforcement Administration (“DEA”) number and all other licenses and certificates that may be lawfully required to prescribe controlled substances
  • Possesses and maintains adequate/required Professional Liability Insurance policy

Additional benefits & compensation information: 

  • Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services.  
  • Full benefits package available for W2 Employees billing an average of 24+ sessions/week.
