In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: St. Louis area
Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time available

We provide high-quality, compassionate, and individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism and other developmental disabilities. We’re looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a difference and want to grow their careers in the field of ABA.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, or community settings
- Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
- Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Submit session notes and documentation as required
- Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
- Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene)
- Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided
- Travel between session locations as needed
Schedule
- Guaranteed part-time and full-time hours
- Monday - Friday (Saturdays available)

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- At least 2 years of ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Must be able to pass background checks
- Comfortable working with children with special needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and physically respond in crisis situations
