· High school diploma

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degrees in civil or architectural engineering, having completed at least a junior-level program[MK1]

· Has taken statics, mechanics, and at least one design course of concrete, steel, or timber.

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and with a team and ask questions as needed

· Ability to work in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook

· Strong written and verbal communication skills
