We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Director to join our team and support the Fixed Operations Director in overseeing all service departments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Fixed Operations Director in managing daily operations of all service departments
  • Oversee service department staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, profitability, and customer retention
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous improvement, and professional development
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to optimize overall service operations

Salary Description
$150,000-$250,000 Annually
