WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the In-Room Dining & Mini Bar Supervisor, you’ll elevate the in-room experience at Caesars Republic Scottsdale—where curated luxury meets local flavor. You’ll oversee the daily operations of in-room dining and minibar service, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to style, precision, and exceptional hospitality.

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of in-room dining and minibar operations, including order fulfillment, presentation, inventory, and service quality.
• Lead and train team members to deliver an impeccable in-room guest experience that reflects the Caesars Republic brand.
• Maintain accurate inventory and par levels for minibar products, coordinating restocking and auditing to ensure consistency and profitability.
• Partner with the culinary and beverage teams to create seasonal offerings and in-room promotions that surprise and delight guests.
• Monitor service flow and timing to ensure efficient, elegant delivery and collection of in-room orders.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and warmth, ensuring prompt recovery and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, upholding our commitment to quality and excellence.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Progressive hospitality leadership experience in food & beverage, room service, or related areas.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
• A refined sense of service and attention to detail that aligns with the Caesars Republic experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management systems. 
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
