Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents during the night shift, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care and progress

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, facility policies, and safety standards

- Assist with resident activities and provide emotional support as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of NH

- Prior experience in a nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
