Transactional Real Estate Attorney


Parker McCay P.A., a premier NJ-regional firm with over 110 years of top-level legal representation, is seeking an experienced transactional Real Estate Attorney for its Mt. Laurel, NJ office. 


The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling a variety of real estate, corporate and related transactions involving both private and public sector clients including public agencies, private developers, institutional investors, commercial property owners and community property associations.


Job Responsibilities:

· Represent clients through a variety of real estate transactions, purchase and sale agreements, development and re-development projects, leases, easements, financing, and related real estate instruments.

·Represent banks, financial institutions, commercial lenders, developers, and business clients in sophisticated commercial finance transactions.

· Conduct and manage due diligence, including title, survey, zoning, and environmental reviews.

· Landlord-tenant matters.

· This role will also work closely and collaborate with attorneys across practice areas including land use, municipal law, governmental, public finance, school, and construction.



Salary range of $110K-$150K
