Duration: 10 months
Palm Beach Day Academy (PBDA) is seeking School Bus Drivers for the school year. Qualified applicants will possess a Florida Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a passenger and school bus endorsement and are expected to drive 24 to 71 passenger school buses. The driver is expected to drive a morning and afternoon route each open school day with a 5 hour minimum for pay. Additionally, the driver will be paid a per diem for field trips/athletic events throughout the year.
Palm Beach Day Academy, established in 1921, is an independent coeducational school, serving students from age 2 to Grade 9 on two campuses. Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive each class day morning and afternoon routes
- Maintain a disciplined bus
- Drive the bus on the occasional field trip
Qualifications
- Possess/maintain a Florida CDL
- Clean driving record
- High School degree or higher
Compensation/Benefits
- $30/hour
