TOGA Technology is a global digital transformation and enterprise managed services firm. We’re looking for a hands-on digital marketer who wants real ownership; someone who enjoys running campaigns, creating content, and working closely with sales to drive measurable pipeline impact. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career marketer who wants visibility, responsibility, and growth; not just posting content.
What You’ll Do
· Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
· Own company LinkedIn and social channels
· Execute lead generation campaigns with sales and business development
· Use Sales Navigator to support targeted outreach
· Create social posts, emails, landing pages, and campaign copy
· Track performance and report results (leads, engagement, ROI)
What We’re Looking For
· 2–4 years of B2B digital marketing experience
· Hands-on with paid social/search and campaign optimization
· Strong copywriting and campaign storytelling skills
· Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales
· Organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
· HubSpot or marketing automation experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive entry-to-mid-level salary range: $50,000–$55,000, based on experience
