Hours: 7:30am-8am start time, no set end time. Your day ends whenever you get the route done for the day (Typically 5pm during the slow season, up to 7-8pm during our busy season)
Pay: $20.00 per hour plus tips
Location: You will meet and end your day at the Sturtevant, WI warehouse.
As a Delivery Installation Technician, you'll be the face of our company, helping customers receive and enjoy products that improve their homes and businesses. Every day is different as you travel throughout the region, deliver equipment, complete professional installations, and ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.
In This Role, You Will:
- Load and verify products before departure to ensure every delivery is accurate and ready for installation.
- Safely transport and deliver equipment to residential and commercial customers.
- Assemble, install, and test products on-site, ensuring everything is operating properly before you leave.
- Educate customers on basic operation and answer questions regarding their new equipment.
- Represent the company professionally, providing exceptional customer service during every delivery.
- Maintain a safe driving record and meet DOT requirements, including maintaining a valid DOT medical card.
- Support special events, trade shows, fairs, model homes, and other company initiatives requiring product transportation and setup.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and help maintain company vehicles in safe operating condition.
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork, installation documentation, and system updates.
- Safeguard company assets, including vehicles, fuel cards, and equipment.
- Collaborate with teammates, warehouse personnel, sales staff, and customers to ensure a seamless experience.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Education:
- High school degree or equivalent required
Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of delivery and assembly experience with a strong customer service-oriented background preferred
Other Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required for local travel
- Position will be subjected to pre-employment and annual motor vehicle record (mvr) checks. Must be able to successfully pass mvr checks to drive on behalf of the company.
- Must successfully complete DOT certification to drive on behalf of the company.
- Basic computer skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
This position works primarily in the field delivering and installing fitness equipment at customer locations. Team members will spend time driving company vehicles, working in customers' homes and businesses, and occasionally working in a warehouse environment.
- Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Participate in team lifts of equipment weighing up to 400 pounds.
- Frequently push, pull, bend, twist, kneel, reach, and stand throughout the workday.
- Use hand tools such as drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers to assemble and install equipment.
- Sit for extended periods while driving between customer locations.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including impact-resistant safety shoes.
