Job Description

• Required to set up and run Roto machines
• Operator must be able to visually inspect for color and imperfections and make changes as required.
• Must be able to perform preventive maintenance tasks (ex. Nuts,bolts clamps etc.)
• Operators will work on an elevated demolding platform requiring good balance and a non-apprehension towards height
• Uses a variety of hand tools such as pneumatic wrenches and small trimming tools.
• Must be safety conscious and be familiar with safety precautions for handling different chemicals.
• Works from supervisor's or group leader’s written or verbal instructions.
• Must understand all labor reporting methods and how to use the computer.
• Must be able to operate hoist and cranes safely
• Must be able to operate roto load system and use scales to weighing resin

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Handle potential hot and humid conditions.
• Regular standing, walking, stair stepping, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Pushing & Pulling up to 30 pounds
