- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information

- Support event planning and coordination for group bookings and corporate events

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred
