General Description: 

We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Phoenix branch. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality. Candidates must have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will have a background in the HVAC and facility services industries or property management.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Salary: $75K - 85K + Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements

 Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Associates degree
  • Background in HVAC, facility services industries, or property management
  • Experience with business to business sales preferred
  • Knowledge of the business environment in the Phoenix region
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
  • Professional image

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
