We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Customer Growth to join our team. 


The Senior Director of Customer Growth responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for customers, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You will have the skill to develop relationships with potential customers.


To be successful as a Senior Director of Customer Growth, you will analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. A Senior Director of Customer Growth will manage multiple customer accounts and grow our footprint within our customer base. 


Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key customers that bring in the most income for the company

• Hit quarterly and annual Sales Quota

• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to hit your sales quota

• Accurately forecast utilizing Salesforce.com and Insight Square

• Utilize and keep up to date Salesforce.com

• Perform high level demos of MDaudit products

• Work closely with the account teams assigned to each customer

• Communicate and collaborate with the Marketing (and Advertising), Design, Sales, and Customer Experience departments to ensure that customers’ needs are met

• Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders

• Develop a thorough understanding of customers' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions

• Negotiate contracts with key customers and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each customer's long-term goals


Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer account management

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software

• The ability to build rapport with key customers

• The ability to handle multiple customer accounts

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Excellent communication skill 

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customers’ business requirements to qualify and propose solution

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field or equivalent work experience

• 7+ years of sales experience in an Enterprise Sales, Upsell, or Customer Growth role

• 4 years of experience selling into a large healthcare system or healthcare technology setting

• 3 years of successful selling into large healthcare organizations and meeting or exceeding quota

• Industry related professional affiliations preferred

• Experience selling Revenue Cycle Management and/or Coding solutions 

• Demonstrated ability to consistently sell against and beat sales quota

Salary Description
$115,000 - $135,000
