We’re Napa—your friendly neighborhood restaurant with a big love for wine and seriously good food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas.

What You’ll Do
- Operate the grill station with precision and consistency
- Prepare and cook proteins and vegetables to perfection according to recipes and standards
- Maintain proper temperatures and timing for all dishes
- Assist with prep work and ensure your station is stocked and ready for service
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards
- Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Complete closing duties and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a grill cook or line cook in a full-service restaurant
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices

Requirements
Requirements:
- Culinary Skills: Strong cooking and grilling skills are essential. Prior experience as a grill cook or line cook is required.

- Physical Endurance: The ability to stand for extended periods, work in a hot kitchen environment, and lift heavy pots and pans is necessary.

- Communication Skills: Effective communication with team members and sometimes guests is important.
- Stress Management: The kitchen environment can be fast-paced and high-pressure, so the ability to handle stress and stay focused is essential.
- Availability: Grill cooks often work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
