Overview
Bleuwave Residential is hiring a Senior HVAC Technician to lead residential service calls, installations, and maintenance operations. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can deliver top-tier service and mentor junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and replace residential HVAC systems and components.
   
• Lead system change-outs, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance.
   
• Provide professional recommendations to homeowners.
   
• Train and support junior technicians.
   
• Use ServiceTitan or similar CRM for job tracking and communication.
