Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries and concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Process reservations and manage room assignments

- Provide support for special requests and accommodations


Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to hotel operations

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service
