Description

 

  • Provide direct patient care and support
  • Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Monitor patient behavior and document progress
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care
  • facilitate daily team meetings
  • assuming an active role in screening referrals and assessing beneficiaries at intake 
  • overseeing the administrative operations of the team
  • providing direct services to ACT service beneficiaries, where a therapeutic relationship is developed between ACT service beneficiaries and the Team Leader 
  • On-Call Crisis support





Requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Active Mental Health Technician license (LCSW, LCSW-A,LMHC, LMHC-A, PMHNP, & LMFT)
  • Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Salary Description
$56,000-$62,000 annually
