Description
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Monitor patient behavior and document progress
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality care
- facilitate daily team meetings
- assuming an active role in screening referrals and assessing beneficiaries at intake
- overseeing the administrative operations of the team
- providing direct services to ACT service beneficiaries, where a therapeutic relationship is developed between ACT service beneficiaries and the Team Leader
- On-Call Crisis support
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Mental Health Technician license (LCSW, LCSW-A,LMHC, LMHC-A, PMHNP, & LMFT)
- Experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Salary Description
$56,000-$62,000 annually
