Role Overview
The Partner Engagement Specialist drives growth through strategic relationships with technology, cloud, and channel partners. This role develops partnership strategies, leads joint go-to-market initiatives, and supports revenue generation across a broad ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong channel leadership experience, solid sales acumen, and familiarity with major cloud platforms, including Microsoft and AWS.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partner strategies that support revenue and growth goals.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners across the cloud and technology ecosystem (Microsoft, AWS, and others).
- Lead joint go-to-market planning, co-selling efforts, and partnership-driven campaigns.
- Support pipeline development, forecasting, and partner-influenced sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on partner initiatives.
- Oversee partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement activities.
- Utilize CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) to track partner performance and report on pipeline, outcomes, and ROI.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, business development, or related roles.
- Experience working with cloud platforms or cloud ecosystem partners (Microsoft, AWS preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of partner programs, go-to-market planning, and co-selling strategies.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partner relationships and collaborative sales efforts.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms for tracking performance and reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
