CED's current salary range for this role is $28.00-32.00 /hour, plus a $3.00 shift differential. At CED, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, location and geography. In addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Job Title–CNC Set Up Operator/Machinist-2nd shift

Essential Job Functions:

1. Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions to set up and operate CNC machinery.

2. Maintain precision by working within a tolerance of ± 0.00010” across various materials.

3. Proficiently setup and operate 5-Axis Milling centers and/or Multi Spindle/Multi Turret lathes. Showcase competency in bench work and deburring tasks.

Basic Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience with Okuma & Doosan Dual Spindle Lathes

2. 5+ years of experience with Okuma & Doosan 5-Axis CNC Milling Centers

3. Can work 2nd shift hours 4:00pm-12:30am with OT until 3:30am. There is a $3.00/hr shift differential.
