Description
We are seeking a hands-on Site Staff Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of Oak Terrace Condominium buildings, common areas, and resident amenities, including the pool and fitness center. This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with experience in property or facilities management who takes pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a safe, well-maintained community.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, and amenities to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
- Coordinate and oversee work performed by outside contractors and service vendors.
- Maintain the pool, fitness center, and other shared community spaces to ensure they remain clean, safe, and operational.
- Manage building access systems, including keys, locks, and door access codes.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and service documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations after hours as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and applicable building codes.

Compensation
$30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
Qualifications Required
- 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance, apartment maintenance, condominium maintenance, or facilities management.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to safely work on ladders and lift equipment as required.
Preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain after hire.
- Experience working in residential communities, condominiums, or multifamily properties.
