By selecting a role and submitting your interest, you may be invited to participate in our on-site Hiring Fair taking place on February 21st, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center.

Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email invitation to choose an available time slot for their in-person interview on that day. If you are unable to attend on February 21st, please note that we will do our best to accommodate alternative arrangements when possible.

These are seasonal hourly positions with work hours based on the event scheduled at Miami Freedom Park and IMCF Stadium

• Work Location: primarily at Miami Freedom Park (Miami), with occasional availability at   IMCF Stadium (Fort Lauderdale) 
• Expected  Start Date: Mandatory Training Feb-March
• Average   hours per shift: 6 to 8 hours
• Average events per month: 2 to 4, Subject to event schedule (Except Security Officer and Stadium Operations Crew) 
• Event Season: The event season typically runs from February through  November. 

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE: As a Guest Services Rep, you will be part of the Guest Services Department. Proactively engage and assist guests with inquiries, seat locations, stadium navigation, and ticketing issues. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while ensuring a memorable fan experience. This position will encompass the following roles: Ticket Taker, Usher, Premium Area Hosts, Gate Host, & Response Team.     

• Maintain a positive mindset and strong people skills. 
• Work well with others and function in a team atmosphere. 
• Be customer-focused, proactive, and an empathetic problem solver 
• Resolve guest complaints and conflicts in a timely and effective manner. 
• Demonstrate a guest-service oriented disposition and professional appearance. 
• Attention to detail, adaptability and the ability to resolve high-pressure situations. 
• Ability to perform tasks in a stationary position for extended periods of time.  
• Maintaining a presentable, clean, and safe environment for all guest-facing areas.  
• Exhibit excellent communication, customer servic,e and conflict resolution skills 
• Retain an extensive knowledge of Miami Freedom Park, policies, ticketing procedures, and emergency procedures. 
• Additional related duties as assigned. 

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE: As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Retail Department. You will mainly work in the store and the stockroom, delivering exceptional customer service in retail environments, operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining store appearance, and promoting club merchandise. 

• Deliver a world-class fan experience in our stadium retail store,on game days only.
• Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing your knowledge of the club and merchandise.
• Operate point of sale systems efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift
• Make customers feel welcome, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey, guide them in making the best decisions for them.
• Operate a cash register, pperform roduct receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays with or without accommodations.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.  
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.
      

STADIUM OPERATIONS CREW MEMBER:

As a Part-Time Operations Crew Member, you will be part of the Operations team supporting match days and events at Miami Freedom Park. Your primary responsibility will be assisting with the execution of stadium and training facility operations to ensure a safe, organized, and seamless event-day experience.

• Assist with the execution of stadium and training facility events and games, including event set-up and post-event breakdown.
• Support the maintenance, upkeep, and organization of stadium and facility areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment at all times.
• Perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and assembling equipment and materials.
• Work collaboratively with other operations staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
•  Be available to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and event days.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• All other related duties as required.
      

SECURITY OFFICER:
 

As a Part-Time Security Crew Member, you will be part of the Security team responsible for creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff at Miami Freedom Park.

•  Operate and monitor CCTV and access control systems, as required.
• Monitor and control access to and from Miami Freedom Park.
•  Observe, identify, and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist law enforcement when needed, including conducting investigations, providing statements, and supplying evidence or documentation.
• Provide assistance and support in the event of a medical emergency.
• Work collaboratively with security staff and operations teams to ensure a safe event-day environment.
• This is a part-time role with hours based on event and operational needs.
• Be available to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All other related duties as required.

Requirements for Security Officer: 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Facilities Management, Police Academy training, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of security practices, procedures, and event operations.
  Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
  • Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • Must possess a Florida Class D Security License or be willing to obtain one prior to employment, if required.

The following requirements are valid across all Departments: 

• Available to work a minimum of 80% of all Inter Miami CF games or events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Please, find here the schedule of the 2026 Inter Miami CF season, as a reference for the home games of Inter Miami CF). 
• Experience in handling event credentials is preferred. 
• Be detail-oriented, organized and communicative
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred. 
• Positive attitude with strong customer service, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. 
• Playing by the rules and being professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness 
• Ability to adapt to high-stress situations and maintain attention to detail. 
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform event-related physical tasks as needed 
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 6–8 hour shifts. 
• Strong teamwork and independent work skills. 
• Reliable means of transportation. 
• Previous sports, retail, or event experience preferred but not required.
