Site Based – Travel throughout the UK & Europe

About the Role: 

We are expanding our teams across Europe and are looking for Crew Leads to join us across two disciplines. 

Fit-Out / Construction - take responsibility for leading small teams in the successful delivery of facility fit-outs, workstation construction, and related site activities. 

Robotics / Automation – leading teams of installation technicians and agency workers across active project sites, supporting the mechanical and electromechanical build of automation, robotics, and MHE systems. 

Both disciplines are hands-on, site-based roles for a methodical, organised, and driven individuals who will manage site resources to ensure installation integrity and strict compliance with all construction and safety standards across Europe. 

About You: 

You have experience leading small teams or work crews in a construction, installation, or industrial environments. 

With a minimum of 2 years' experience in an installation or construction capacity, you possess a thorough understanding of construction drawings, fit-out techniques, and industrial safety standards. Or coming from an electrical background you are confident working hands-on, assembling mechanical or electromechanical structures and resolving installation issues. 

Candidates must be based in the UK, Spain, or Germany and possess the right to work in that country. Successful applicants must also be willing to travel and work away for prolonged periods and hold a valid passport.
