About Us

All In One Accounting is a 7-time winner of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the Twin Cities and one of the Best Places to Work in the Minneapolis area. Our purpose is simple: to make the lives of entrepreneurial and nonprofit leaders better. We do that by supporting profitable growth, protecting assets, and amplifying impact — bringing financial clarity and strategic leadership to the clients who need it most. We run on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), which means clear goals, strong accountability, and a team that executes with intention.

A bit about the role:

We're seeking a strategic Nonprofit Controller to lead the quality of client work, develop the Accountants alongside them, and serve as a trusted partner to mission-driven organizations. This role is pivotal across a portfolio of complex nonprofit accounts — from community foundations and social service agencies to advocacy organizations and membership associations. You are client-facing and advisory, and you play a critical role in the team.

Now About You

We hire for hungry, humble, and smart — and Controllers at AIOA are the fullest expression of all three. Hungry means you own the quality of your team's work and the development of the Accountants alongside you. Humble means you invest in the people around you genuinely, take accountability when work falls short, and bring your best thinking to every client interaction and every team conversation. Smart means you translate complex financials into clear decisions, lead with calm confidence, and know how to guide a team to great work without a formal reporting line to lean on.
