Summary:

Provide highly developed domain expertise, stakeholder relationships, and advanced capability knowledge. Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate/decompose those needs into training material to include presentations, videos, and web-based content.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree & 3 years' experience. [8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education]
• Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. 
• Must Live in the US and have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years (36 months)
• Experience with adult learning theory, practices, and techniques / tools
• For document creation: Microsoft Suite, Adobe Captive and PDF tools, Commonlook, and 508 compliance
• For Video Creation: Adobe Premier, After Effects, or another video creation system – like Vyond
• Experience with multiple methods of training delivery
• Familiarity with content management systems to house and distribute training materials
• Ability to work on small or cross-functional project teams

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with online learning
• Experience with learning design for mobile or social media
• Experience with curriculum design or organizational learning strategy
• Experience with task, product, or project management
• Experience with client-facing communications
• Knowledge of human capital, talent or performance management, or strategic communications practices
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Pay Transparency
There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package.  Le'fant provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000 to $93,750.
