Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Welcome and greet patients and families with professionalism and care 
  • Schedule consultations, treatment appointments, and follow-ups 
  • Confirm appointments and manage recalls to support provider schedules 
  • Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage, and communicate financial responsibility 
  • Assist patients and families with treatment plan understanding and financial options 
  • Answer patient phone calls and inquiries with a friendly, patient-focused attitude 
  • Maintain accurate, organized patient records and documentation 
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth coordination of care 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical front office preferred; orthodontic experience a plus 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification and basic billing helpful 
  • Comfort using practice management software and standard office tools 
  • Friendly, patient-focused demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
