We are seeking an innovative and strategic Process Optimization Analyst to support the organization’s digital transformation efforts and lead AI-driven operational improvements. This high-impact role serves as an internal consultant and partner to executive leadership, focusing on identifying inefficiencies, modernizing workflows, and implementing AI solutions that improve labor efficiency and support better decision-making.
This is a strategic, non-technical position, ideal for someone with strong business process expertise and a passion for leveraging AI to solve operational challenges. This role does not include coding, help desk support, or IT infrastructure management.
AI Strategy & Automation Leadership
- Lead AI initiatives from concept through design, oversight, and performance evaluation.
- Develop intelligent workflows and advanced prompt systems using enterprise AI platforms.
- Architect AI-driven operational solutions across Service, Construction, and Sales.
- Promote responsible AI use and workflow governance.
Business Process Improvement
- Evaluate departmental workflows to identify automation opportunities.
- Recommend process improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Translate business needs into AI-enabled solution roadmaps.
Data & Integration Strategy
- Assess current data flows and identify consolidation opportunities.
- Oversee implementation of data integrations (e.g., APIs) across platforms.
- Provide leadership with centralized, actionable data insights.
Technology Evaluation & Roadmapping
- Research emerging AI tools and enterprise platforms.
- Develop short- and long-term roadmaps for digital transformation.
- Present recommendations supported by data and business impact analysis.
Executive Partnership
- Advise leadership on AI adoption and process transformation.
- Communicate AI concepts clearly in business terms.
- Document best practices and support change management.
Training and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- Experience in business process analysis, operations strategy, or technology consulting
- Strong understanding of AI tools and automation workflows
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- High integrity and accountability
Highly Preferred:
- Experience applying AI/ML to real business problems
- Background in digital transformation or strategic project management
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, AI/ML, or analytics
- Strong commitment to continued learning
