Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and thermostats
• Perform comprehensive whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
• Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations
• Recommend system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and preventative maintenance options when appropriate
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and documentation using ServiceTitan
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
Performance Expectations
• Complete 3–4 maintenance appointments per day
• Maintain a 60%+ conversion rate on recommended services
• Conduct thorough safety inspections on every call
• Support membership plan growth
• Maintain a callback rate below 3%
• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred
• Boiler experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
