Position Description

Manage deployments, migrations, and upgrades of hospitality customer front-of-office and back-of-office systems of hotel new builds, renovations, transitions, openings, and ongoing services.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources.
  • Own the full project from initiation to deployment for multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
  • Develop and successfully manage the project plan, schedule, and manage to budget.
  • Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship and communication with the internal subject matter experts and customer.
  • Report on post-project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.



Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ current experience in the Information Technology sector of the hospitality industry, with emphasis on system integrations.
  • Knowledge of typical hotel systems including but not limited to Property Management Systems, Reservation Systems, Sales and Marketing systems, Credit Card and security systems.
  • Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, analytical, assertive, and results-oriented individual.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
