About Us
OE Solar is a fast-growing solar construction company specializing in all solar installations. We are looking for two reliable and skilled heavy equipment operators to support a short-term solar project NOW.

Position Overview
Operators will assist with site preparation, trenching, grading, and equipment movement for solar installation. This is a temporary project-based position with the potential for future work depending on performance and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, loaders, excavators, and telehandlers
   
• Perform site grading, trenching, and material handling
   
• Follow safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
   
• Assist the Superintendent and crew as needed
   
• Maintain a clean and organized work area 

Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (5+ years preferred)
   
• Valid equipment operator certification preferred
   
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
   
• Reliable transportation to the job site
   
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
   
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
   

Schedule & Pay 

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
   
• Possible overtime depending on project needs
