Set Up Technician (2nd Shift)
Description

Summary: 

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor and Process Technician, the Set-Up Technician is responsible to install and remove molds and organize area to meet schedule requirements. Minimize operation “down-time” with proper preparation and positioning of all required items.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to perform all duties of Material Handler
  • Mold installation; complete to the point of Process Tech being able to start production
  • Mold removal; complete disconnect, prep for storage, etc.
  • Organize job operation work area
  • Direct Material Handler to assist where needed
  • Monitor IQMS Schedule to support timely start/completion of job
  • Perform other duties as required

Training Requirements (OJT 90 Days or less): Ongoing, informal, evaluation by Management for additional training needs.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum six (6) months knowledge and experience in Material Handler position
  • Knowledge of IQMS and ability to navigate system to perform job functions

Educational Requirements: Prefer High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Description
$15 - $20.00/hourly
