Description

Technical Systems Integration (TSI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist II to support mine warfare systems configuration management at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD). This position maintains hardware, software, and technical documentation baselines in support of fleet readiness.


Duties

  • Support configuration management practices per SAE EIA-649C, maintaining Configuration Status Accounting reports and technical baselines using CMPro
  • Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and coordination with Government stakeholders
  • Process engineering change documentation (ECPs, ECRs, SCDs, TDs) and support associated impact analyses, including SHIPMAIN processing
  • Manage configuration, alteration, and logistics data within the Model-Based Product Support (MBPS) database, ensuring data integrity and traceability
  • Maintain the online technical library for collecting, storing, and distributing technical data
  • Assist in preparing and updating Configuration Management Plans and supporting program reviews (IPRs/QPRs)
Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 7 years of professional experience in configuration management
  • Working knowledge of SAE EIA-649C configuration management principles
  • Experience with CMPro or equivalent enterprise CM software
  • Experience supporting Configuration Control Board processes and engineering change management
  • U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience supporting Navy mine warfare programs
  • Familiarity with NAVSEA Technical Specification 9090-700 (MBPS)
  • Experience with the SHIPMAIN process

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $60,000 - $62,000 yearly
