Are you passionate about helping people regain independence and improve their quality of life? We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to bring energy, compassion, and expertise to our rehab team!
As a COTA, you’ll work closely with an Occupational Therapist to deliver hands-on care that makes a real difference. From guiding patients through therapeutic activities to teaching adaptive skills for everyday living, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals overcome physical, emotional, and developmental challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Implement personalized treatment plans under the direction of an OT and physician.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities that promote recovery and independence.
- Teach patients and families home programs and how to use adaptive equipment.
- Monitor progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Show up with a positive attitude and commitment to patient success.

Requirements
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
Licenses/Certification:
- Current COTA license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
Experience:
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
