Do you love turning big ideas into products on the shelf—fast? Are you energized by cross-functional teamwork, tight timelines, and the thrill of a flawless launch? If you’re equal parts organizer, collaborator, and problem-solver, this role was made for you.
At F&S Fresh Foods, our Project Managers sit at the center of innovation. You’ll lead new product and renovation projects from early concept through launch (and beyond), guiding teams through our Stage Gate process while keeping speed-to-market front and center. You’re comfortable in complexity and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Because food matters—and so does how it gets made. You’ll work on products people love, with teams who care deeply about quality, speed, and doing things the right way. If you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and are energized by driving speed to market through collaboration and innovation, we’d love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Think of yourself as the conductor of the product launch orchestra:
- Own and lead projects for our Natural Channel Sales Team, from ideation to post-launch review
- Drive projects through a well-executed Stage Gate process—on time, on scope, and launch-ready
- Keep projects moving day-to-day by managing timelines, priorities, risks, and cross-functional communication
- Spot risks early (operational, regulatory, or market-related) and lead proactive solutions
- Partner closely with Sales, NPD, Procurement, Production, FSQA, and Manufacturing Facilities
- Lead weekly project prioritization meetings with Sales and CDMs
- Apply customer requirements like clean labeling, shipping specs, and PCR standards into project plans
- Leverage tools like SpecRight and Monday.com to manage specs and project data
- Help improve how we work—processes, meetings, tools, and collaboration
- Support Stage Gate and NPD training alongside PM leadership
You’ll own your projects—but you’ll never work alone.
