We are looking for energetic, pleasant, and service-oriented people to join our dynamic food service team!

Lead Server and Server Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bus and reset tables as needed.
• Serve residents their meals in a timely manner.
• Cover, label, and date food.
• Offer excellent customer service.
• Responsible for all aspects of dining room operations.
• Follows and enforces established Dining and Infection Control policies and procedures, etc.
• Cooking responsibilities on the weekend preparing meal items according to specifications, using recipes and production sheets.

Lead Server Qualifications:

• Prior food service experience required.
• Related experience in coordinating dining room operations and cooking preferred.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and proper food handling, SERV Safe Certification preferred.
