Description
  • Preparation and execution of breakfast and lunch dishes following established standards.
     
  • Experience working the sauté station, including sautéing proteins, vegetables, and sauces.
     
  • Performing mise en place prior to service.
     
  • Managing timing during service to ensure quality and efficiency.
     
  • Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
     
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team and assisting other stations as needed.
     
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in American cuisine.
     
  • Experience in à la carte service (not buffet).
     
  • Ability to work with speed and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
     
  • Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
     
  • Must be able to work without cellphone use during working hours.
     
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
     
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
