SUMMARY
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for end to end Project Management that aligns internal and external
stakeholders to meet agreed upon milestones, adhere to the critical path, and identifies and mitigates risks. Additional
responsibilities include communicating clearly and concisely with our customers and internal personnel and ensuring
that all work is completed on time. This individual will act as a liaison between customers and MDaudit during the
onboarding phase of the customer life cycle. This position performs kick off and training of new and existing customers
to ensure a successful virtual implementation.
The Implementation Project Manager position requires up to 15% travel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to
- Actively manage multiple, simultaneous customer implementation projects, adhering the critical path requirements
- Train and mentor customer users on the proper setup and usage of the products
- Perform virtual go-live training for super users and end users
- Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders to maintain project momentum
- Perform project management functions such as leading regular status meetings, identifying and mitigating risks, recording and resolving issues, and communicating with management regarding progress
- Provide post Go Live support to customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Participate in the design and implementation of internal team structures and processes
- Provide input into training curriculum and other documentation including (e-learning, User Guides, Help files,
- Training guides, Release notes) for customers and internal staff
- Provide sales support as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong physician billing and/or billing compliance experience
APPLICATION/SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrated ability to integrate business and operational processes with technical solutions
- Ability to transfer specialized compliance auditing and workflow knowledge to current business needs
- Hands-on experience with compliance, coding and auditing, practice management or clinical technology systems
- A solid understanding of healthcare information systems and practice management or clinical technology systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- at least 4 years project management experience
- at least 4 years’ experience in a healthcare setting with general healthcare industry knowledge, physician and/or hospital billing compliance experience preferred
- 3 years leading end user training on software systems
- Four-year college degree or equivalent related work experience
