Job Summary
Our Wind Technicians inspect, install, maintain, operate, and repair wind turbines.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on renewable energy equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems using schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct mechanical repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS software.
- Assist in facility upkeep including basic painting and general maintenance tasks.
- Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and system reliability.

Schedule
- 8–10-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- SGRE family 2, 3, and 9 (REQUIRED)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
- Electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Driver's License (Required)
Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Solid foundation in superior safety and quality procedures
- 1 year minimum of mechanical experience
- 1 year minimum of electrical experience
- General knowledge of hand and power tools and use of tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
