Experience & Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet patients warmly and serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication 
• Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage patient flow efficiently
• Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance information 
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation 
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments 
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
