What You’ll Do:

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, from inventory to team management.
• Help lead a team that’s committed to outstanding service and a welcoming customer experience.
• Work hands-on across different departments, including the deli, grocery, and fuel services.
• Step in to solve customer concerns with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Manage scheduling, training, and ongoing team development.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and community pride in the store.
• Assist with financial duties like cash handling and reporting.
