Heartline Staffing, Strategic Talent Partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Renal Vascular Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent night-shift opportunity in Gainesville, Florida.
The Renal Vascular Med-Surg RN provides high-quality nursing care to adult patients with renal and vascular conditions in a patient-centered care environment. This role requires strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to manage patient care autonomously while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect comprehensive data related to the patient’s health status and clinical condition.
• Perform ongoing assessments and analyze data to identify diagnoses and patient care needs.
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Deliver efficient, effective care while utilizing time, supplies, and equipment appropriately.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, procedures, and treatment plans.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative medical-surgical environment.
COMPENSATION
Hourly Pay Range (Based on Experience)
• $30.69/hour (approximately 2 years of experience)
• $33.71/hour (approximately 5 years of experience)
• $43.20/hour (maximum | ~17+ years of experience)
Shift Differentials
• Night shift: $4.25/hour
• Weekend shift: $3.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license for the position you are applying for.
• Florida RN license or valid multistate compact license required.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• Ability to work independently while delivering safe, high-quality bedside care.
