Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer, is looking for a Production/Machine Operator to support the Production team. In this role, you will work across multiple workstations, including glass cutting, polishing, and fabrication. The ideal candidate is adaptable, safety-oriented, and familiar with quality control. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on team player with excellent technical skills.

Day shift (8:00 AM start time) and second shift (2-3:00 PM start time) positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist at production stations where needed
• Operate and monitor production equipment and automated machinery
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Apply Diamon-Fusion® coating to glass products
• Assist with other production duties as needed

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or a production environment
• CNC experience is valued, though not a requirement
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
• Experience with safety protocols, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly within dynamic, team-oriented environments 
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus but not required
