We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a well-established skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati area. Position Overview:
The LNHA is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting a positive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
   
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and CMS regulations
   
• Lead, mentor, and support department heads and staff
   
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, and census growth
   
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
   
• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
   

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (required)
   
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
   
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
   
• Proven experience with budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance
