We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at a skilled nursing facility in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, regulatory excellence, and team development.

Position Summary:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and clinical direction of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing operations
   
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Health and CMS regulations
   
• Lead survey readiness, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives
   
• Mentor, train, and support nursing leadership and staff
   
• Collaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
   
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and clinical competency
   
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and resident-centered care
   

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license (required)
   
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
   
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
   
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
   
• Experience with survey management and quality improvement
